The Cayman Island Government would like to keep and enforce a law which makes it illegal to own a Rottweiler, "pit bull", Belgian Malenois, Shar Pei, American Bulldog, several Mastiff breeds and a few other breeds and types of dogs, any cross breeds of them or even any dog that simply looks like one of those named above.
Their law gives them the legal right and authority to remove your dog from your home and put your dog to sleep not because of anything that you did or anything that your dog did but solely because of what it looks like, just because of its name.
We want them to know that we will not allow them to do that. We want them to know that the people of the Cayman Islands and the people of the world have a voice.
Who's to say that your dog won't be next; that it won't be the German Shepard Dog, the Boxer, Doberman or the Labrador? Please read the petition, sign it and pass it on. The more support we have is the better chance we stand.

JO, we have known each other, or rather been freinds fr soooooooo many years. No matter how much distance separates via an ocean, we always seem to find our way back. You have a son, and I have one a month later I think you have found your calling, one as a MOTHER, and a damn good writer (that Great Expectations entry was reallllly deep). I can't wait for our kids to get older, meet, and play in the sunshine, sea and sand. One summer Cayman, next Florida, we can alternate. It seems like yesterday were at the green house, or shaving off buttons, and sho-gun for the hot summer. Maching across Ardrie from house to house and acting like we were so tough. Wow! It was sweet, those days. You are truly a sweet, kind person Jo. Though life has thrown many, many obstacles your way, you still manage to hold your head up. Take care of my sweet, precious nephew, and keep on keeping on.
Okay Just wanted to say that I LOVE my likkle munsta! As gangsta as his moms and pops say he his, he will always be my likkle sweetheart!! On a more serious tip though- Jo Jo, just wanted to let you know that I am proud of you and that I think your doing a great job with the new found mommy duty!!

He is one of the most beautiful babies I have ever see:) Jo, you never cease to amaze me at times... just the way you make the best off all situations even when you make people doubt. You are strong and amazing beyond belief. Keep the faith and things work out! You are truly a friend since eventhough we don't talk to each other often, it never seem to phase me how easy conversations come. K Jo...let me get this right. Jo has been a friend that has lived on the edge of life without anything to hold on to. The things that happen to her in a day, would never even happen to me in a week. Sometimes I would get so worried about her because I did not understand the trills of being so care-free or the mess she would end up in. In the past few years it has been a challenge for us all as friends, our support network has failed, therefore we have lost touch with the other persons needs. In the past few years, Jo has faced so many battles which have left her a changed person. The last time I saw her, she was restless because she could not get any sleep, her baby was keeping her awake. At least her cooking skills never failed (lol) since she made us some damn good Christmas dinner. But through all the emotions and the rest free nights, she appeared to so happy, especially after Mr. Kaiden would move around to show her who was boss. Jo I do pray that Kaiden will bring you happiness. I know you will be good for Kaiden, you will be a good mother and a friend, and understand the true meaning of self-sacrifice. Luv Yah Much Steph
Whta can I say about Jo!! She is one crazy girl,one of the few people that I knwo who can be a different person each day,,even look different,no true Jo,LOL. But on the real she is a cool girl,well chill,can just hang with the boys and blend right in. If you and Jo is fren,you cool if not,,boy it could be ugly...and as for her passion for dawgs.. all rebels love dogs and thats what Jo is a rebel with a cause,, self betterment,,Bless up.

Not one for the cheesy sh!t, but Jo is my heart. This is the type of girl you always want to be around cause she keeps it real, and is a whole lot of fun. The fact that she is so hot doesn't hurt either.
